Can I get a refund?
Because every CHIBOOKS Birthday Video is custom-made and personalised with your child’s name, refunds are generally not available once work has begun.
However, if there is any issue with your video (pronunciation errors, quality concerns, etc.), please contact us immediately at hello@chibooks.co.uk and we will happily make corrections.

How long will it take to receive my child’s video?
All personalised videos are delivered to your email within 48 hours of purchase.
If you need it urgently, just reply to your confirmation email and we will do our best to accommodate you.
What will the video include?

No problem — just reply to your confirmation email straight away and let us know.
We’ll make sure it’s corrected before the video is created.
